JLG Estimating Services provides professional commercial Plumbing, HVAC, Sheetmetal estimating services. I service Contractors throughout the USA. I will provide a computerized takeoff with Material & Labor Hours compiled with the detail you need. All labor and material will be factored to your company standards. I will estimate your project per Plans and Specification, and can also do a design / estimate from floor plans only. This is particularly helpful when the GC doesnt have plumbing plans available and needs budget pricing or need a quick turnaround. I will address things such as (change orders, addenda and value engineering). Your Proposal or Project Budgets can be customized to meet any of your needs and requirements.

You provide a link to the bid documents sent to you from the General contractor, usually on the (Invitation to Bid)
I will download plans / specs and and set up the job folder on Dropbox. I will send you the link and from this point on you are able to view everything in real time. This is helpful if you want or need to add quotes or you get additional information we will need along the way.
- Quote requests are sent to your vendors from you or myself, depends on our agreement
- I do a complete takeoff, keeping all of the plumbing & Hvac systems separate IE: underground sanitary, hot & cold domestic, supply duct, outside air, exhaust and so on. This gives you the ability to track the job using cost codes if your company uses them. On bid day or date needed we will have a phone conference and go through the project to review the job files I uploaded onto Dropbox. I will work with you and go over the estimate in as much detail as you want or need.

- Final bid / Recap spread sheets
- Scope letter with bid clarifications
