1. Architectural & Engineering Plans
Full-size vector PDF drawing sets including architectural floor plans, reflected ceiling plans (RCP), MEP floor plans, single-line diagrams, riser schematics, and mechanical equipment schedules.
2. Project Manual & Specifications
Division 01 General Requirements and relevant technical specifications (Division 22 Plumbing, Division 23 HVAC, Division 26 Electrical) detailing approved manufacturers, pipe materials, and testing standards.
3. Addenda & Bid Schedule Details
All published bulletins, pre-bid RFI responses, and addenda. Please state your exact bid submission deadline and whether your firm requires preliminary quantities in advance of the final cutoff.
