You agree to receive information messages (appointment reminders, account notifications, etc.) from JLG Estimating. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. For help, reply HELP or email us at info@jlgestimating.com. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
Mobile Information and Consent
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
This page explains the information submitted through JLG Estimating's project inquiry form and how to contact us with a privacy question.
Information submitted with a project inquiry
The form asks for your name, email address, phone number with country code, and project details. You may also provide a company name, project type, bid deadline, and project drawings. The form sends those fields to JLG through Web3Forms so the estimating team can review and respond to the inquiry. Do not use the form to send passwords, payment-card details, or other information that is not needed to assess an estimating request.
Website and service providers
The website is hosted through Vercel, project inquiry submissions are routed through Web3Forms, and uploaded drawings are sent directly to Uploadcare. Those services receive information as needed to host the site or process the form. Optional Google Analytics remains off until you allow it, and is available only when a valid measurement ID is configured. If enabled, it receives page views, page paths and fixed event names for contact navigation, form starts, submission attempts and provider acceptance. Provider acceptance does not confirm inbox delivery or a qualified lead. Contact fields, scope notes, drawing links and URL query strings are not included as custom analytics event parameters. Use the Analytics preferences control, when available, to change your choice; rejecting analytics reloads the page and clears first-party Google Analytics cookies. Your choice is stored in this browser. Advertising storage and personalization are disabled.
Project files and plan links
When available, optional file uploads are stored through Uploadcare and their file links are included in your enquiry. Anyone with a file link may be able to access that file; do not treat an unguessable link as password protection. Removing a file from the enquiry does not delete the stored upload. For a deletion request or project-specific handling requirements, contact JLG using the address below. You can also include an existing shared-folder link in your message; its original sharing permissions still apply.
Privacy questions
For a question or request about information submitted through the website, contact JLG Estimating at info@jlgestimating.com. Please do not include additional project-sensitive information unless it is needed to identify your inquiry.
